Still getting Sky Mobile billing

I cancelled my sky mobile i think over 8 years ago. But i still get billing for it. . So ie it keeps saying i have a bill to pay when i try to look at other things. So its probably made my credit bad.

Are you actually being billed or are you just seeing an onscreen message about a bill needing to be paid ?

 

How did you cancel and were you a phone and sim customer or just a sim only one ?
