Still being charged for an old device

I swapped my phone and sent the old one back but I'm still being charged

@Morven92 When did you send it back? I ask as returns for swaps take between 2 and 3 weeks to process and you are still charged for that period.

Hi @Gdawg1690  if nothing is showing in your message centre give sky a call on 150 and ask them why.
