Hi. I WANNA MY REFUND TOMORROW, otherwise gonna call to the right entity to deal with you.

Hi @BVieira  you aren't talking to sky here, this is mainly a customer helps customer forum with no account access. So making threats here won't help in any way. If you have an issue you will need to call sky on 150 for help.

2-3 weeks ago I bought the iPhone 13 pro by mistake. I sent it back but I still not have my money back ( about 100 pounds). Moreover, you've already issued my next bill including the iPhone 13pro that has been sent back to sky. I WANNA MY MONEY BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

You need to call Sky for the refund as posting on here will not get it returned to you.
