How do I get a pac number when the old contract has ended so no signal to send a text?

Hi @B81  contracts for sims/plans don't end, after the minimum 12 month term they go onto a rolling monthly term. If you have cancelled the contract then the sim will stop working and that number is lost. Have you cancelled the plan and has your sim stopped working ?

If you can't send a text or call Sky on 150 then you could try be if the social media links at the bottom of this page to see if they can help.
