Returned my device

I returned my device around two months now.iam using one phone now and now iam paying the payment for three phones but iam using only one phone and also still i didn't get my refund.i called them several times still the my issue is not solved.is there any idea to solve this issue. [removed]

It isnt clear why you returned the device so if it was part of a swap and there was nothing more to pay against it then calling Sky again is all you can do about this.

I returned because iam not happy with that and also storage space.and also they have options to return the product within 30 days period.i called them and asked about that that time they send me the return package also.but still i didn't get the refund and also still iam paying the amount monthly
