Spending cap

Ive had a message to say ive gone over soending cap but when i ciew my bill there are no charges. I cant get through to anyone at sky, is it easier to go along and knock on their door? Im in livingston.

Basically, i just wsnt to view the charges that have put me over the spending cap as i dont think theyre correct but they dont show on the bill.

If your new bill is due to be paid in the next 14 days or less then any charges like this should be added to next months bill so have you looked at this ?
