Currently abroad, i want to call and text but i think spend cap is zero so preventing me from doing anything. Roaming and data roaming are set to on. I don't have access to emails how can I change spend cap?

Go to sky.com/spendcap and sign in with your Sky iD.
The account holder can do this for each SIM at anytime.
Any changes you make will happen straight away (or within a couple of minutes).
Once a spend cap has been set up it will apply to each billing period (month) and will reset on the bill date, until the account holder changes or removes it.

I can't login to my sky account as i don't know the password (it's saved on my pc) and i don't have access to the email account the sky id is registered to.
I'm abroad at the moment.. I need sky to call me take me through security and then change spend cap if that a5 possible?
I have set up another sky id on my phone so I can post this 👍

Yes i do i can see rollover data etc but can't find spend cap

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTap on your sim then tap on the roaming tab @Johnny+Hatfield then tap on the settings tab, the two caps are there on this 2 tabs.

I am in France but can't increase my spend cap. I have tried https://www.sky.com/myaccount/mobile/sim/x/settings/spend-cap but I can't access 'manage' tab which I assume will allow me to make changes.
