Specific contact calls automatically rejected

I have a contact that's calls are automatically rejected, I have checked all settings and have even deleted the contact and recreated it but calls are still rejected. Does anybody have a solution please?

Hi @Brett1981  are calls to you or from you to that number being rejected ? Have they accidentally blocked you ?

It's calls to me from them

Get them to check they haven't blocked you or you them  @Brett1981 , this was happening with my mother calling my brother and he had accidentally blocked her.

In that case @Brett1981  you will need to call sky on 150 and report it so they can investigate.
