Spare sim showing as main sim in app

My spare sim is showing up first instead of my main sim in my Sky Mobile App. I can't work out how to fix it and I haven't been able to get through to Sky all day!!

Which of these sims did you activate as the other is usually cancelled if this hasn't been done with 30 days.

I've had this phone for over a year now. My main sim was the one that was activated. It switched over when I did a reset of my network settings because my 4G & 5G hadn't been working for a few weeks.
