South African call centre

What a joke do not understand what you are wanting or saying only transferred my number from EE on to my wife's sim with the pac code instead of a new sim . One and a half hours later after being passed around the office to 5 different people explaining over and over what they had done and none of them could do anything or cancel the transfer if my number and stop my wife's number being deleted  in two days . Trying to get hold of anyone in the  Uk  that understands and could help is like a needle in a hay stack . Customer service diabolical. Do you think if we cancelled the wife's contract we could get a pac code and salvage her number ? No one knew in South Africa🤷‍♀️waiting for sky to get back to my email might be to late , anyone know the uk call centre number

There isn't one.  Calls are routed to available agents.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Sky don't use email for general communication so it may be you don't receive a reply at all. 

As @PandJ2020 has correctly stated there is no direct route to a UK based agent. Calls are routed to the next available agent, wherever he or she is based.
