This month my bill come 92 instead of 75 instead want to know the reason and I want refund my extre payment

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one. Normally with mobile bills it tends to be roaming charges, calls to non inclusive numbers, picture messages (chargeable) being sent etc.
