Someone using my phone number

My boyfriend has an iPhone, he can imessage my number, he facetimed it today and an old woman answered, but won't accept anymore calls, I asked Sky about this when just imessages were going through because I'm not on an iPhone and have never had my sim in one, they said it was my boyfriends phone so he checked and they said the same as Sky. This is terrifying.
