Why u billing me for a sim that’s not even working

I got my sister a iPad with u guys and we didn't active the SIM card that come with it so we had to order a new one and now u are try to bill me for it and it doesn't even work and I would like it taken off it 28 pound a month one plz

@LetitiaLangley .

They should be billing you for iPad and not sim if you didn't activate it.
