Someone using Sky Mobile is using my name and address

Hi, I had a notice of sums in arrears for Sky Mobile to my name and address.

£1260

However, I am not with Sky Mobile, I am with Smarty for several years now. 

I phoned Sky Mobile last week to inform them of probable identity theft and they closed the account but I asked specifically that the fraud team call me to discuss it because I want to ask them some questions and possibly take this issue up with the police.

The fraud team have yet to call me, I would like to contact them by email/writing. What are the contact details please?
