Repair mobile
My flip 5 have been in for repair no updates speak to sky just get told still repairing nearly a month without phone say they are going to knock some money off my bill they haven't done that one adviser says one thing then someone else tells you different fed up why can't they replace it

They'll always try repairing first before replacing. I doubt any good will refund will happen until such time as the repair/replacement has been completed.
