@Walter1951 You might be able to but the value offered would almost certainly be very low if not zero, that would mean you would be billed for the remaining balance on it on your next bill aswell as the new device.

You can also get it repaired via Apple so I would get a quote to see if they or Sky are the cheapest as no matter who you go with there will be a cost.
