Smart watch not arrived

Hi I have recently joined sky mobile, handset has arrived and is activated, but no sign of the smart watch that was part of the package I signed up for. Anyone shed any light on what I need to do? Thankyou in advance

Did you order the watch as well by placing it your basket at the same time that you ordered the phone ?

That is correct it was, but you still have to plce it in your basket as per this:
