SkyGo using mobile data

Hi, I'm a sky mobile customer and I understand that I should be able to stream SkyGo without using my data, however I checked and it is to an extent that it's definitely not just ads. Does anyone else have the same issue?

 

I'm not using a VPN or anything similar.

do you have an iphone? if so make sure Private Relay is off, caught me out!

Hi @Davies16  your phone data monitor will still show data use but it shouldn't come off your online account data.
