Sky upgrade iphone

I had my new phone delivered which should have been iPhone 17 and it didn't arrive the day it should have with DPD and paid to get it delivered the next day I opened my box and there is a iPhone 17 pro max in the box I have called sky and no one is helping me or even said what they are going to do about it

They must have said something to you so what did they say, so did they say that will start looking into why it was sent to you if your account shows just an iphone 17 was ordered ?

Well they said that they have had to raise a case and it will be 3 to 4 days but I haven't been helped or told what about the phone I had ordered and what is happening to this fake phone . And I have told them that I it was fake and used and was different and 2 IM numbers
