Sky swap

Has anyone done the sky swap and they've not received your device? Yet you've rung and online chatted them provided tracking details. It's been going on since 22nd September and they keep telling me to wait a few more days. Yet my bill that I'm paying is sky high

What device is it as there are long delays on the new iphone 17 due to the high demand which is usual when these are released at the time of the year.

So I got the 17 pro max and I traded in the 15 pro max but apparently they've not received it. Yet my postage tracking number says it was delivered to them

It takes the company that handles the returns for Sky 2-3 weeks to receive in the stock.

Yeah I posted it on 22nd September been over 2/3 weeks and they keep saying they've not received it

Yeah phoned them and they was like we're working on it gives us a few more days this was about a week ago phoned again today and said the same thing
