Help, I accidentally did a sky swap instead of a upgrade! My phone is so smashed up and broken so badly, I haven't got anything left to pay on it and I don't want to send it back because i know it will only get £0 for it anyway can I just not send it back?

Hi @Ryfinch give sky a call on 150 and see what they advise.

I don't actually have access to a phone at the moment in order to call them, I'm away for work and only have my iPad!
