Sky sim not received

Hi 

 

I ordered a sim with sky on the 24th October. It went through fine said delivery was sent by royal mail first class but I still haven't received it and it's 13th November. I've tried looking for a number to speak to someone and I can't find one. I've looked on my sky account and it just says to activate it when received. Surely I should have received it by now. What can I do?

If your address is correct on your account try ordering another one by selecting the plan for it here:

 

https://www.sky.com/shop/mobile/plans


Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
