Sky sim contract

My sim contract has been ended and I moved to a new sim provider . But my money got deducted yesterday night even for the sim bill. Can u please refund the amount ?

Hi @SahithiDepa  when did you leave sky ? You are still liable for any sim payments up to the time you left. If the bill was already produced then the payment would be taken. Any overpayment would be refunded next month.

When you see a credit on your accounjt thenj give Sky a call then it should be refunded to you with 5 working days.
