Hi,
I got a text today from sky that my mobile data was nearly gone and I could top up Gb's from my sky piggy bank.
I used the link and added 2 gb from piggybank but nothing happened. Then a few minutes later my mobile went dead,
and I got another text saying I had used up all my mobile data. I tried again, this time 3 gb from piggy bank. Still no data came through.
so got home and realised I my IPad sim has been topped up by 5gb, I don't use my iPad for mobile data, so a mistake has been made.
when I topped up using the link from sky there was no option to select the phone number. I just assumed the gb's were going to my phone.
Can I get these 5gb's back ? That's a lot to lose in one morning!!

Any unused data on the sim in your iPad will roll back to your piggybank on your billing date.
You should have an option in your piggybank to select which device to roll the data over to:

Any unused data on the sim in your iPad will roll back to your piggybank on your billing date.
You should have an option in your piggybank to select which device to roll the data over to:

Yes usually there is an option to select the sim number you want to add the gigabytes to but I didn't see an option on this occasion.
