I have been waiting a week with the same status. I would simply like an update as Im without a working phone. I can't get hold of anyone at SKY and the virtual assistant is of no use (go round in circles). Its a bit frustrating to say the least.

Hi @DBUK any updates will show in your order status, even when you get to speak to someone at Sky they won't know any more than what's in your order status in your account.

Managed to speak to someone who informed me the phone model is out of stock for at least another 1-2 weeks. Its just frustrating as this should be indicated at time of order. I would have selected a different phone thats in stock as I am desperate with a broken phone. Poor communication
