Sky mobile

Hiya, im having issues linking my sky ID. When I go though the process of linking my ID it says 'account already linked', however I can't access any of bills, any of my sky mobile products or any features of the my sky app as it says 'this page is restricted' I How can I go about fixing this?

If it says your account is already linked then  are you signed in with your main Sky ID and password ?

Yes all the correct details. And I've tried all my emails I own aswell. And nothing is showing my sky mobile product or bills

You will have to either call Sky on 150 or use the social media links at the bottom of the page for help with this.
