I have ordered a sky mobile ordered but I haven't had a sign credit agreement or a no email confirmation but I've paid £38 upfront but still pending just wondering why

Hi @K+saunders  if nothing is showing in your orders on your account then call sky (on 150 from a sky sim) to find out the latest on your order.

Under  "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Tried not speaking to the bot but they said go to the help sky .com

The truck is when you are asked anything by the bot stay silent or say agent.
