Hi guys I need to speak to a sky worker over chat if possible about my sky mobile if a sky employee could see this and reply I would really really appreciate it. Thanks

Hi @CH20023 you will need to call sky on 150 so they can cancel the swap then help with the order. The chat service won't be able to do that.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. Sky won't reach out to you on here. You need to instigate contact.

I switched to sky mobile and having difficulties with signal. I am aware there's an outage in the area however when I put the sim in my previous phone it works ok. I have both eSIM and the physical card. No one from sky can help me and I've had many calls with no resolve. One person I spoke with said there was a problem with the card reader and to cancel my contract. I thought that was a bit extreme!!

So I ordered a MacBook Air but I didn't realise I was on the "swap" page on my iPhone 15 pro so when I pressed ordered I looked at me emails and noticed i placed it for a swap with my phone and now I don't know what to do? I'd like to be able to carry on paying monthly on my phone and the MacBook when it arrives?

Swap sky mobile help
Hi guys, today I was looking at a MacBook that I've been interested in. I went through the process of getting it ordered. Everything went smoothly until I noticed in my confirmation email that it said that I made a swap. I came to find out that I must’ve been on the option to swap my iPhone 15 Pro for the MacBook, which I obviously wouldn't have done if I had seen it was on the swap option. So now that it's coming (tomorrow, the 28th), I'm worried if I have to send my phone in or if I would be able to keep the phone and carry on paying for the iPhone and MacBook monthly together.

Hi @CH20023 as already advised on your other thread on this subject you will need to call sky on 150 to cancel the swap.
