Sky mobile

I keep getting the following message on my Sky mobile every few minutes. "ANDROID SYSTEM SKYZ2B9W HAS NO INTERNET CONNECTIONTAP FOR MORE OPTIONS"

Are you connected to your Wi-Fi or the Sky mobile data network, if you are have you tried turning your device off then back on again?

Have tried everything. Use both wifi and mobile data
