I have ordered a new phone through sky mobile, pay monthly it stated the order has gone through however I have had no email confirmation to be able to see proof or track my order.

If nothing appears then this will be because further financial checks that will be carried out so if you pass these checks then you should be able to track it sometime over the coming week.
