Can't receive or make a call to another Sky mobile customer. When I call them, there is no ring tone and it just cancels. When they try call me, no ring tone either but it rings on my phone. When I answer, they can't hear me. They are not getting my texts either. We have to use WhatsApp and this is data reliant which can drop at any time without warning. Interestingly enough, I can call and text to other providers and they can call and text me.
Any ideas?

Hi @Ainbray try putting your phone in flight mode for 20 seconds then turn flight mode off.

There has been an ongoing issue at Sky so you may need to do it again if it persists @Ainbray although it is supposed to be fixed.
