Sky mobile tablet no sim

Hello

 

i I have just signed up to sky stream & broadband and have signed up for 2 x tablets on offer for £3.50 per month.

 

the tablets have just arrived but only 1 SIM card not 2. I was under the impression that there would be one for each.

 

Can you please advise ?

Hi @Emmalc1  you will need to call sky on 150 to get some help with this and find out what's happening with the second sim.

You could always order yourself this second sim if you don't want to call Sky.

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled
