Sky mobile switching issues

Switched to sky mobile last week. 2 phones. PAC number put in  first phone appeared to be ok after 24 hrs. Except when I text it comes up a different number and making calls has a long delay before it connects. 2nd phone still hasn't switched over after 5 days. I've called sky twice. First time they said it would be done within 2 hrs. Second time they had issues and said they would call me but no call. Not sure what to do as with the 2nd phone, the contract with old supplier runs out soon.

Just to add. Both have physical sims and when I go to settings, connections  manage sim, the entire list in the manage sim section is faded and won't let me press anything but it does say sim 1 is my number and all calls  texts etc are linked with sim 1
