Hello, I have been getting letters, emails and texts from sky saying I'm eligible for a phone swap on my contract however when I go onto my account on the app it says I'm not eligible.
does anyone know why this could be? I'm very confused!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreCall Sky on 150 - if you can swap (which can be done any time after 31 days or before your contract ends) then they can process it for you.
