@Rackley

Sky runs on the O2 network so usually it should be the same.

I know that it runs on top of O2 in a vpn

the truth is since the switch both my wife and I get absolutely rubbish internet access unless on a WiFi

Same for me and I'm in ireland. I had an unlocked s24 and phone network was perfect. I got the Z flip 8 of sky and since then my calls drop, phone data is blotchy.

Re: Sky mobile slow after switch from O2

I think because skys deal is so cheap we get the lowest priority on the network. It makes no sense if I get the same level of service for £5 a month as someone paying O2 £20 a month.

surely the ones paying more get first dibs on the network bandwidth?
if sky could confirm this I would happily pay more to get better service
