Sky mobile payments

I cancelled all my Sky services last year at the end of my contracts. I am still being charged and threatened with debt collection if I don't pay the £24 a month. I bought my hand set from Sky but am sure it was paid for by now but can't check. Impossible to speak to anyone in person but concerned re- credit rating if I don't pay and the chase me. No idea what I'm paying for

You will have to call Sky about this as they will be able to confirm if you are up to date or not.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
