New discount not applied to mobile account

After call made on Thursday 03.04, I was told I would be getting my 2 sims for £6 a month but they are showing as £10 which is more than I was paying previously.

it looks like I haven't been give what I was told in the call. 
I have email proof that I would be getting the sims for £6 a month each so a total of £12 a month.

can this be fixed please

What are future bills showing?

 

As an aside, this was definitely to be applied to your existing SIMs as opposed to ordering additional?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
