Sky mobile - page you are looking for cannot be found

Hi

Trying to do a swap mobile update. App and sky.com both crash and say page you are looking for cannot be found.

 

ive tried reloading / clearing cache/ restarting etc but keeps happening.

 

any suggestions other than (ring sky)??

Thanks but I really wanted to see what my offers were before having a chat with an agent as they are sometimes hard work if you are clear on the ask
