About mobile phone upgrade
I recently go with mobile upgrade iphone 14 pro to iphone 17 with swap and I ordered online mobile.
It was not delivered on time and it returned to sky then I cancelled the ordered one.
After that I ordered again iphone 17 one using via telephone conversation.
In those two orders delivered last weekend.
I don't want to two mobile and I want to cancelled ones and return one of untouch mobile.
I speak to customer service several times but they didn't fix the issues.
I can't understand this situation.
Please ASAP give me a solution for this I won't pay for two mobile phones.

@Pasindu1 you've posted in the forum for Sky Yahoo Mail issues.
You're not emailing Sky.
I'd suggest contacting Sky's customer services again.

It wast of time. I tried several times but they didn't fix it they transferred calls five to six stations

If you are suggesting you'll withhold payment - be careful.
Refusing to pay won't necessarily get the result you want. Your services will be restricted and you won't be able to talk to Sky without making payment first.
Also, most importantly, missed payments will be reported to your credit history and could cause you issues.
Frustrating that it is you'll have to persevere in contacting Sky.
