what am asking is will sky try and take money out in the 1st if I'm in credit checking to see if it's automatic?
They might well do although the credit (if you want it left there and not refunded) should be used.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you payment details are a card then Sky will take the payment from you each month so there is no need to pay it yourself.
To get you some help with a refund on the credit on your account I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
