i ordered an iPhone 17 pro max on Monday and was due to be delivered today. I received the credit agreement and confirmation of order email etc. now DPD have the phone but have since told me that sky have requested a return. Can anyone explain why?

Hi @JT8899 this usually happens if you have failed the second enhanced credit checks sky carry out. Only a call to sky will confirm why the return has been requested.
