My sky mobile account used to appear in the My Sky app. It randomly logged me out and now I cannot access my mobile account in the app. When I click through to link my mobile account, it says it is already linked. However, it still does not appear in my account, even after restarting my phone and logging out and back in again.
any ideas how to fix this? I don't have time to sit on hold for an hour+ waiting to speak to an advisor that way

You shouldn't need to link it if it has already been linked so are you signing in with your main primary Sky ID details ?
