Hi there, I just joined the sky mobile a few days ago and I have noticed that I'm not able to watch or stream online videos on some of the sites. I had no issue of using the same sites on Virgin Media, Three or AnPost mobile broadband and mobile data but with Sky only.
I found out on Sky forum that in order fpr me to be able to unoclock it the Sky suppose to whitelist me. But I need to call them up. As this is a very comon issue in Sky apparently. But there is no Sky contact information available for Ireland. With exception of chatting the Sky bot with any success.
Is anyone now how I can solve this issue and contact Sky for help to whitelist me? Thank you in advance .
