It's interesting to see that it's not an isolated issue... I've also had no meaningful updates, the network team were also meant to email me with a time-line last week but nothing has been done...

Yea not good ! I was told issues with 3 roaming networks in uk territory's ! Just wish they'd say if going to be resolved or not !!

thought i would hop on to say I am having the same trouble in Guernsey!! no internet or service at all, my partners phone working great and has service but mine doesn't! changed sim too and still nothing!

Just to say I asked for my PUCK from sky yesterday and joining Three, hopefully I will get a better signal where I live and roaming abroad will now work.

Hi @JOHN+HAYWARD in case you weren't aware you need a PAC to transfer your number to another network, a PUK is needed if the wrong pin is tried to many times. Just checking you have requested the correct code.

@JOHN+HAYWARD this is exactly what I did. I requested my PAC code to a trusted number (as can't receive texts on my phone!) I called so many times over 7 weeks. I was told various different reasons; 'it will correct itself', 'the network team are looking into it and sorting it', 'they are updating 5g on the island'. But there was no resolution to any of this. They sent me a new sim, which I activated but this didn't work. The final time I called I was told that it isn't a Sky issue, it's the roaming carrier and that they use JT, so to call them. Just to say I did call JT and they confirmed it's no issue locally. And if this was the case, you'd be able to switch your mobile service settings to pick up Sure or Airtel Vodafone, as these would work. However they don't!

Hopeless situation. I'm now 10 days unable to make calls/texts. Same as many people on here, no help from Sky online troubleshooting after 1.5hrs and eventually using partners phone to actually speak to someone eventually (for them to tell me then that 'they've had a few people with issues in Jersey 🙄) I think more than a few people going on this forum. My contract with Sky finishes next week I will be moving providers requesting PAC.

I requested my PAC on wendesday and in process of moving to IDMobile had sky mobile a few years now but calls were dropping out all the time. After my experience in Jersey last week, time to try another mobile company.

I went to JT whilst in Jersey last week one of their tech specialists tried to fix roaming but no joy.
