Sky mobile contract

My phone contract got cancelled this morning and I don't understand why, I'm always paying my monthly payments on time. The only thing I got cancelled was my iPad contract as I didn't have access to it and couldn't get it fixed, this was nearly a month ago. I don't know how to go about it as I can't even ring them up because I've got no data anymore.

How have you been notified your mobile contract has been cancelled? Was the tablet on the same account?

Yeah I got an email this morning to say it's been cancelled and yeah my iPad was on the same account but that got cancelled 2-3 weeks ago when I rang up so I don't understand why my phone contract has been cancelled just now, and I didn't ask for it to be cancelled either

I think you'll need to contact Sky to clarify what is happening.

 

If you try to call Sky does it only advise you to pay?
