Sky mobile contract agreement not showing up
I went into the store, paid the upfront amount etc. They said I would get to sign the contract agreement on phone app or online. Both don't show up anything. Please help. Nothing shows up on my account.

Are you signed in with the same account that was created when placing the order, if you then you will either have to go back to this store or use the phone or social media links at the bottom of the page for help with this.

I went back to store and they weren't helpful. They said once the sales has been done, the issues are resolved by technical support and them at the store can't help. I felt very annoyed. It is the same account and the account pages are showing errors. This is my first time moving to Sky and already disappointing to see bad customer care.
I have an email asking me to click to verify my ID and sign the contract but when I click, it shows blank and then an error.

All you can do is to either call Sky or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to make contact with them.

Yes, I will do that. Apparently they sell things on weekend but don't help on weekends. I will have to go through the customer support tomorrow.
