Sky mobile bill

I've been trying to pay my mobile bill but I can't getting a bit fed up with the sky service when my mobile service is not Activated

You shouldn't have to pay your bill as you should have a credit/debit card or a direct debit setup on your account so Sky can take it from you each month without you having to do this so do you have this set up ?

My mobile phone bill has not been taken out o arrange it for the 23rd of each month but not been done now I've got no mobile can't ring out or use internet
