New sim not connecting

Hello there, just received my new sky sim, put it in the phone, scanned the QR code, followed instructions, added the reference number, then waited as it connected , but as I attempt to go in a website, it says no Internet connection , why ?

Has the sim actuakky activated as sometimes there can be a slightly delay in this happening ?
