Sky mobile account locked

So back in march my account was locked from a fraudulent order. i got emails to say it had been resolved and that i would be able to sign back in. Since then i've had a few phone calls with sky about the issue and they've said that it's not locked and that i can sign in no problem. yet i am still getting the message that my account is locked

To see if they can help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

haven't heard of anything back from anyone at sky yet. could it be that they're possibly busy?
