I have a Sky sim and phone contract and wanted to check the Sky VIP rewards. When I open the VIP page on the app I just get a message stating that I 'can't join Sky VIP right now' but doesn't provide any options to solve that issue, just suggestions about what it might be?

All you can do is to call Sky on 150 to see if they can sign you up to the VIP program.
